Our Pipeline Training Programs are open to any youth between the ages of 16 – 24, but we reserve a large majority of our slots for youth referred from organizations that service low-income, minority or at-risk youth or individuals that fit this criteria.

As a client, you will receive services on par with most digital media companies, but the benefits go way beyond the actual service. Services are rendered as part of a current program. All service fees must be paid at least 2-weeks in advance of the program that your business will participate in. A representative of the company, preferably the CEO must be available for a minimum of 3 meetings. Meetings can be in-person or by video-conferencing. These client and participant meetings are extremely important as they play a major role in the quality of the experience for both sides.

Every $700 you give provides one scholarship for a participating youth. Our goal is to award 15 Scholarships for each project, ensuring that participation stays free for every youth participant. The scholarship also includes a personal laptop. Sponsorship requires monetary support for a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 20 to participate in an upcoming project.

Diversity Matters Fundraising Event
If you have an interest in diversity and inclusion, join our team today as a mentor, trainer or program coordinator.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR
The Program Coordinator is a volunteer role responsible for coordinating all of the activities during the program that they are volunteering for. The role requires a minimum of 1 hour a week and 12 hours over the course of a program.

TRAINER
The Trainer is also a volunteer role. Each trainer must have experience in digital marketing. Trainers are responsible for providing instruction for the program that they are volunteering for. Training sessions are 1 1/2 hours each, twice a week, for a total of 36 hours over a 12 weeks period. We prefer programs to have 2 trainers to alternate days, but this is not always the case.

PROGRAM ASSISTANT
responsible for coordinating all of the activities during the program that they are volunteering for. The role requires a minimum of 1 hour a week and 12 hours over the course of a program.

MENTOR
The Mentor is a volunteer role. Mentors are an important part of the Finding Voices portion of our program. Mentors will engage in a 1-hour discussion with youth participants about social topics. Mentors are only required to attend one session during the first 2-weeks of the program.

Solana Beach Work Experience Project
Our goal is to place 100% of the graduates from our program into internships. If your company has an open internship opportunity for Content Marketing, Social Media Management, Web Development or Analytics submit your job posting on our site and we will match your open position with the best candidate. We only provide candidates for paid internships only, with a 90 Day minimum internship period and the option to be hired at the completion of the internship.
