We create programs that connect top digital media companies, fellow non-profits, and mentors committed to diversity and inclusion. 

Our programming is focused on developing top digital media talent in the areas of content strategy, social media, and analytics. Our training programs are targeted at minority youth ages 16 to 24 who are interested in a career in digital media and working for top companies in San Diego.

PIPELINE & FINDING VOICES

The Finding Voices – Social Impact Program trains low-income, minority youth, ages 16 to 24, how to discover their voice utilizing social media and to become social media managers for local caused-based non-profits wishing to create a platform to amplify their own voice.

The program consist of:

  • 12 weeks of hands-on digital media training including, content marketing, social media marketing, web development and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for local businesses and non-profits.
  • A paid internship for select students at a local non-profit or digital media company where they will contribute to mission critical projects.
