Youth Campaigns is opening a unique digital marketing workforce training center in the heart of San Diego’s inner city, where talented minority youth will provide services to local businesses and nonprofits in need. The goal of this 6-month project is to help revitalize the community by empowering local youth with the skills to provide high-quality marketing and communications services to struggling businesses.If you have an interest in diversity and inclusion, join our team today as a mentor, trainer or program coordinator.
The Trainer is also a volunteer role. Each trainer must have experience in digital marketing. Trainers are responsible for providing instruction for the program that they are volunteering for. Training sessions are 1 1/2 hours each, twice a week, for a total of 36 hours over a 12 weeks period. We prefer projects to have 2 – 4 trainers to alternate days, but this is not always the case.

The Mentor is a volunteer role. Mentors are an important part of the Finding Voices portion of our program. Mentors will engage in a 1-hour discussion with youth participants about social topics. Mentors are only required to attend one session during the first 2-weeks of the program.
