Youth Campaigns is now accepting applications for two new workforce projects in City Heights and National City. These two projects will offer low-cost social media, digital marketing, and coding services for up to 20 small businesses and nonprofits.

Why do clients pay for services?
Youth Campaigns does not rely solely on grants to fund our program. Service fees from clients that participate in a project allow us to pay a minimum wage to all of our youth participants.
What is the difference between a service and a campaign?
When you select to sponsor two students at the “Career Starter” level your organization can choose one of the services that we provide. When your organization chooses to sponsor at any level above the “Career Starter” level your organization will receive a full digital marketing campaign which includes strategic promotion utilizing all of the services that we offer.
What Services do you offer?
We offer Social Media, Email Marketing, Web Development and Coding. Most services include strategy development, editorial calendar, management and reporting. All services excluding coding are a $1500 flat fee

Are clients required to host youth at their location?
During a project youth participants work at a Youth Campaigns location only. All communication with the client is scheduled in advance by whatever method is most convenient for each individual client.
How often can we work with participants that we sponsor?
We encourage representatives of the sponsor company to be present as much as possible. We have seen that the more the representative attends the more they actually learn about their own digital marketing.
Should I be worried about the quality of work?
The short answer is no! All of our services are tasked out and follow a very structured process. There is also an industry professional present at all times to provide guidance. What we have found is that today’s young people are so immersed in the digital world that they grasp the business concepts of digital marketing much quicker than expected.
Are we required to hire someone after the project?
The short answer is no! The mission of Youth Campaigns is to increase diversity in the digital marketing industry, so the goal is to place as many of our participants as possible at the completion of each project. We have found that it makes the most sense to hire youth after the project because of the time that you have already invested in helping them understand your business. If you decide to hire one or more of our participants, we do require that you do so for at least 90 days and offer paid internship or full-time positions only. During that 90 days, Youth Campaigns will provide support for each youth you hire to ensure a great experience for both parties.
